My name is Paul Karagas.

Currently, rentpueblo.com has rental homes in a few central Pueblo neighborhoods, providing decent and affordable living for tenants who appreciate an old house with unique charm.  All properties feature fully fenced backyards and covered carports.  The homes are all 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and also have laundry hook-ups and storage space.

I’ve been a property owner/manager in Pueblo, CO since 2017.  I was also a property owner in Denver & Austin, TX for several years.  I’m currently living in my 4th personally owned home and renovated/repaired all of them.  Pueblo was my college town during the 1980s when the current CSU-Pueblo college campus was known as the University of Southern Colorado.  I’m glad to be back.
